Introduction

This privacy policy ("privacy policy") applies to the websites (the “site”) of Kbit Management Ltd. (“Kbit”) and its affiliates. Kbit is committed to respecting the privacy of the users of the site. Kbit has established and implemented this privacy policy to inform you, the user of the site, of the type of information Kbit collects and how Kbit uses and protects such information.

Kbit reserves the right to amend this privacy policy in its sole discretion from time to time. Kbit will post any changes to this privacy policy on the site so our users are always aware of what information Kbit collects, how Kbit uses it and under what circumstances, if any, Kbit discloses it, and such changes shall be effective immediately upon posting. If at any point Kbit decides to collect personal information or use any collected information in a manner different from that stated at the time it was collected, Kbit will notify applicable users, except where other laws apply to the processing of your personal information, your provision of personal information after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms and conditions.

This privacy policy generally does not address our privacy practices concerning any nonpublic personal information Kbit collects from our investors, potential investors or employees  through sources other than the site. Our practices related to nonpublic personal information Kbit collects from our investors, potential investors or employees are addressed in separate notices.​

Information You Provide To Kbit

In general, you can visit the site without telling Kbit who you are or revealing any information about yourself. Kbit collects your personal information when you decide to interact with Kbit. This personal information may include your name, email address, address, title, job title, position, telephone number, or IP address. Kbit may collect additional personal information about you depending on how you interact with us.

Information Kbit Collects Automatically

Kbit may collect certain information about your use of, and interaction with, the site, including information about how users are directed to our site and visitor paths through the site, unique visitors and internet protocol (“IP”) addresses. Kbit may also collect certain information through cookies. Kbit may collect personal information about you from third parties including from our affiliates, our portfolio companies, and/or social media sites.

If Kbit collects your personal information due to a legal requirement or obligation, Kbit will make you aware of this at the time Kbit collects your personal data and of the possible consequences of you failing to provide this personal data.

How Kbit Uses Information Collected

If you provide Kbit with any personal information, through or in connection with this site (i.e., by email), Kbit may use that information for the following purposes:

· as contractually necessary, to provide you with the services or financial products you have requested.

· for legitimate business interests, including for our administration, research and other business operation purposes, to keep a record of your relationship with Kbit, to conduct due diligence activities in connection with an actual or prospective corporate transaction or investment with respect to which Kbit is a party, or to administer and protect our business or to make suggestions and recommendations to you about services that may be of interest to you.

· to satisfy legal requirements and for legitimate business interests, including to verify your identity, for fraud, abuse prevention and investigations.

Children’s Privacy

Our Services are only available to individuals aged 18 or older, and we do not knowingly collect Personal Information from any person under the age of 18. If an individual under the age of 18 has provided us with Personal Information, a parent or guardian of that child may contact us and request that such information be deleted, and we will endeavor to delete that information from our databases.

Notice to California Residents

Pursuant to Section 1798.83 of the California Civil Code, residents of California have the right to obtain certain information about the types of personal information that companies with whom they have an established business relationship (and that are not otherwise exempt) have shared with third parties for direct marketing purposes during the preceding calendar year, including the names and addresses of those third parties, and examples of the types of services or products marketed by those third parties. Notice to Nevada Residents

We do not sell your personal information as defined under Nevada law. Nonetheless, if you are a resident of Nevada, you have the right to opt-out of the sale of certain Personal Information to third parties. You can exercise this right by contacting us at  ir@kbit.com  with the subject line “Nevada Do Not Sell Request” and providing us with your name and the email address.

 

Changes to this Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy is effective as of the date stated at the top of this Privacy Policy. We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time without notice to you. We will indicate at the top of this Privacy Policy when it was most recently updated, and we encourage you to revisit this page periodically to stay aware of any changes. By accessing the Services after we change this Privacy Policy, you are deemed to have accepted such changes.
